Bootcamps are a great way to get fit,
its cost affective and its a great way to shift those pounds and
meet new people!!!
It will be held in king George 5th
Park (behind Waitrose car park) and there are 5 classes per week:
its a Bootcamp targeting weight loss
and general fitness, each session is a full body workout and will
last for around 45 minutes
Each session will have to be booked
by me at the start of the week just so I can keep track on numbers,
the maximum amount of people at the Bootcamp is 20. If the demand
is there and numbers are getting bigger then I will be adding more
dates and times.
